Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of fixer-premiere.com (“Fixer Premiere”, “we”, “us”), operated by T21 Film Studio LLC as part of the FIXER app ecosystem. By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Tickets and access

A ticket gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the purchased film for private, non-commercial viewing. Access is provided through a personal link that we show after payment and send to your e-mail. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

2. What you may not do

• share, sell or publish your personal watch link;
• download, record, copy, re-stream or publicly screen any film;
• bypass or attempt to bypass access controls;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend access that is misused, for example a link opened by many different people.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement under the name of the operator.

4. Refunds

If you cannot watch a film you paid for because of a technical problem on our side and we cannot fix it, contact support@fixer-app.com and we will refund your ticket. A refunded ticket no longer gives access. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts supporting independent filmmaking. They do not buy access to films and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of an obvious error — write to us if something went wrong.

6. Content and intellectual property

Films, posters, stills, trailers, logos and texts on the site are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. Filmmakers who submit a proposal confirm that they hold the rights needed to offer the film.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but streaming may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies from its “last updated” date; changes do not reduce access you have already paid for.
