Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what FIXER stores on your device and which third parties may set cookies when you use the FIXER web app (app.fixer-app.com), FIXER Premiere (premiere.fixer-app.com), the FIXER mobile apps and our marketing website fixer-app.com. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
Short version: FIXER does not use advertising or analytics cookies in the FIXER web app or on FIXER Premiere. We store only what is needed for the Services to work, and some third-party services you choose to use (payments, embedded videos) set their own cookies.
1. What we store on your device (FIXER web app)
We do not set our own cookies in the web app. We use your browser's local storage and session storage, which work like cookies but are not sent to our servers automatically. All of these are strictly necessary or remember a choice you made, so they do not need consent.

2. What we store on your device (FIXER Premiere)

3. Third-party cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel, advertising networks or similar trackers in the FIXER web app or on FIXER Premiere.
4. Mobile apps
The mobile apps do not use browser cookies. They use device identifiers for push notifications (OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging), app analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and crash reports (Sentry). You can turn off push notifications and reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
5. Staff admin panel
FIXER staff who sign in to the admin panel receive session and language cookies needed for that panel. They are not used for visitors or users.
6. Your choices
You can delete local storage, session storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you delete them, you will be signed out (and on Premiere you will need your e-mailed link or the "My access" page to watch again). You can block third-party cookies in your browser; payments or embedded videos may then stop working.
If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies to the FIXER web app or FIXER Premiere, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
