This Disclaimer applies to all FIXER services operated by T21 Film Studio LLC ("FIXER", "we", "us"), 1424 Infinity Way, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA: the FIXER web app (app.fixer-app.com), the website fixer-app.com, the FIXER iOS and Android apps, FIXER Premiere (premiere.fixer-app.com and fixer-premiere.com), and our e-mails and notifications (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If this Disclaimer and the Terms differ, the Terms control.

1. General information only

Information on the Services — including profiles, deals, rates, guides, help texts, AI suggestions and our own posts — is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on the Services is legal, tax, accounting, financial, immigration, employment, insurance or safety advice. Get advice from a qualified professional before you rely on any information for a decision.

2. User content is the users' own

Profiles, show reels, drops, works, credits, journal posts, messages, reviews, deals and other content come from users. They are the views and claims of the users who post them, not of FIXER. We do not check every credit, rate, skill, license, permit or statement, and we do not endorse any user, company, project or content. Check the information that matters to you before you rely on it.

3. Verification is limited

A verification badge means only that a user completed our checks (phone, card, identity document and selfie reviewed by a person; for companies also a business e-mail) at the time they were made. It is not a guarantee of anyone's identity beyond those checks, or of their skill, experience, honesty, reliability, insurance, licenses, right to work or conduct. Use your own judgment before you work with anyone.

4. No guarantee of work, income or results

FIXER is a platform. We do not guarantee that you will find work, collaborators, clients, viewers, income or any other result, that a deal will be agreed, completed or paid by the other user, or that any project will succeed. Examples, figures and success stories on the Services are illustrations, not promises; results vary. How deal payments are collected, held, released and handled in a dispute is described only in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

5. Work between users and safety on set

Contracts for work are made between users; FIXER is not a party to them and does not supervise, direct or control the work. Users are solely responsible for their own productions and conduct, including safety on set and on location, permits, insurance, equipment, union rules, taxes, visas and labor laws. Meet and work only where you feel safe, and report anything unsafe to us and, where appropriate, to the authorities.

6. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (for example AI profile fill, import, descriptions, the Assistant, BrainMatch, smart reels, AI content checks and moderation). AI output can be wrong, incomplete or biased. Suggestions, matches and rankings are aids only, not decisions or professional advice. Review everything before you publish or rely on it. AI checks may wrongly flag or miss AI-generated or explicit content; you can ask a person to review any automated decision.

7. Films on FIXER Premiere

Films on FIXER Premiere are independent works of art. Their stories, characters and opinions belong to their creators and do not necessarily reflect the views of FIXER or T21 Film Studio LLC. Some films contain mature themes, strong language, drug use, violence or sexual content and are for adults only (18+); viewer discretion is required. Content warnings and age ratings are given in good faith and may not cover everything that some viewers find sensitive.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services link to and work with services we do not control, such as Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (app stores, sign-in), YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok and websites that users add. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability, errors and data

We work to keep the Services running and secure, but they may sometimes be unavailable, slow, interrupted or contain errors, and uploads, messages or other data may be delayed or lost. Keep your own copies of important files and records. Features may change or end.

10. Not an offer of securities

Nothing on the Services is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities or investment in FIXER or T21 Film Studio LLC. Any investment would be offered only through separate legal documents, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

11. Warranties and liability

THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION ON THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The full warranty disclaimer and the limits on our liability are in sections 17 and 18 of the Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, or our liability that cannot be excluded by law.
