Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Fixer Premiere (operated by T21 Film Studio LLC) collects when you use fixer-premiere.com, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Purchases and donations. When you pay, Stripe collects your name, e-mail, payment details and billing country. We receive your e-mail, the amount and the status of the payment — never your full card number.
• Access link. Your personal watch link contains a signed code that refers to your purchase. Your browser stores it on your device (local storage) so you don’t need to log in.
• Forms. If you subscribe to the newsletter or propose a film, we receive the details you enter (e.g. name, e-mail, film information).
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• to process payments and give you access to the films you bought;
• to send your watch link and answer your requests;
• to send the newsletter, only if you asked for it;
• to prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and video storage providers, and our e-mail provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as your access lasts and as required by tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Film proposals are kept while we review them and for a reasonable time afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop sending you e-mails, by writing to support@fixer-app.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
